"Food is to our body as meditation is to our soul."

A friend read this quote to me and it immediately struck me how important meditation truly is.

Without that time to meditate and connect to the stillness, peace and wisdom within, we may feel out of balance, anxious, lost, depressed, doubtful and stressed.

Can you think of anyone you know that is on medications because they are depressed, or can't sleep or have a lot of anxiety? In my work, I see this over and over again. In every case when I ask "Do you meditate?" The answer is no. Most say I have tried and can not, or do not have the time.

When the mind is restless and blocks exist, it can be difficult to meditate. However, this no longer needs to be the case.

Our beloved ascended masters, Babaji, Jesus the Christ, Mother Mary, Holy Spirit and others have gifted us with a guided meditation and process that now lifts us and clears us. This allows us to go deep and consciously reconnect with Spirit within.

It has been my great pleasure to watch so many of you discover that inner peace and go deep into Spirit and connect with the true Self within. As we meditate, we receive our spiritual food and nourish our souls. Then we feel peaceful, joyful, relaxed, positive, balanced and happy again.
