It pays to Count Your Blessings!

If you said, "Thank You, God" for each blessing you receive, you probably wouldn't have time to do anything else. Yet giving thanks for just a few blessings is a great way to realize your constant connection with God, the source of all your good.

Give thanks to God for everything by gratefully declaring . . .

"Thank You, God, for Your healing life now flowing throughout my body, strengthening and renewing it, and filling it with energy and power.

"Thank You, God, for wisdom and understanding. I am grateful for your light that shines brightly on my path, guiding me, and revealing to me, Your way.

"Thank You, God, for all my loving friends, my caring family, and the ability to live harmoniously with everyone.

"Thank You, God, for this beautiful world, called Earth. Thank You for peace, security, and the inner knowing that You are always with me. I love You,

God, and I am so grateful for the wonders you have created and given to me."

Yes, it pays to count your blessings and give thanks continually. This action supports the Law of Attraction, thus bring more and more blessings to you.

A little humor. . .

Moses and Jesus are playing golf. Moses selects a five iron and tees off. His ball lands in the lake. It's Jesus' turn. "Tiger Woods would use this," he says, grabbing a five iron.

"But my shot went into the lake!" Moses protests. "You should use a four iron."

"Nope, Tiger Woods would use a five."

So Jesus swings hard and hits the ball into the lake. He's walking on the water look for it when a man approaches.

"Who does he think he is, Jesus Christ?" the man asks.

"No," Moses explains. "He thinks he's Tiger Woods."

The subject of the meeting was whether or not to buy a new chandelier for the sergeants' mess hall. Some officers wanted to vote on it. But one holdout opted for prudence. "Before we spend money on a chandelier," he said, "shouldn't we find out if anyone can play the thing?" - J. Stevens

Part-time Job Lasts Longer! I am writing to let you know that the part-time job which was supposed to end several months ago, lasted for nearly four months longer. I thank you, and everyone, for your prayers. Also, two more part-time jobs came to me just at the right time. In addition, I received more than enough money to pay for needed dental work. I am most grateful. I am enclosing a love offering in support of your wonderful ministry. - K. B. California

Faith in God

There are things you cannot control, and you would probably not want to be responsible for such as the rising of the sun in the morning and of it setting in the evening. You just wouldn't want to worry about such matters because you have faith that God's will is being done.

When you pray to God with assurance, you receive the strength and peace of mind to meet whatever the day may have in store for you. Your faith is your gift to God. It is something that money cannot buy; something that can be shared with everyone you know, and more.

Your faith in God serves as encouragement to others so that they feel the assurance of the divine power of God. You radiate the confidence and security that are the results of faith in God. So, now, dear friend, lift your faith higher. If that seems to be difficult, ask God to do it in the faith that He will. Your faith in God sustains you and gives you strength and assurance.
