We are continuing in our celebration of our 38th Anniversary. You are invited to celebrate with us by giving greater focus to turning the Golden Key, which means to turn away from the problem and turn to God.
How do you turn the Golden Key in regard to Health? The answer is to think about God rather than all the seeming ramifications of an apparent illness. Also it is opening your mind to divine guidance in keeping your mind and body well.
Obviously, it is not wise to just sit around and only think about God, but we can surely do so as we are about our daily activities. It is always good to practice the presence of God in everything you think and do. Unfortunately, too often, practicing the presence of fear, worry, anxiety, anger, unforgiveness, lack of wisdom, unworthiness, weakness, etc. are greater than the practice of the presence of God.
All of these are detrimental and undesirable mental conditions which tear down your body instead of build it up and keep it healthy. A good body cleanse once in a while is a good thing to do, but even better is a good mind cleanse in which you give time to clearing from your thoughts and feelings that which is detrimental to your body and to your happiness. A happy mind creates a happy body. When your mind is “stayed on God” you experience greater peace and happiness. Then the perfection of God has a clear channel through which to flow into every cell of your body.
One of the best ways to turn the Healthy Golden Key is to know and affirm: There is only One Presence and One Power in my mind and body, God, the Good, Omnipotent.
If you will declare this often, you will be divinely guided in eating food and exercising your body in keeping with God’s perfect plan for it. Remember: You are not your body. You are a spiritual being, created in the image and likeness of God, absolute perfection. When you know this, all the trillions of cells of your intelligent body happily respond and you are happy and well. This is the Golden Key way of health and wholeness. – Lovingly, Rev. John
Think Rightly for Health
Rejoice and remember that we have the God-power to change conditions, the God-love to express Christ-likeness, and we work lovingly and diligently with whatever we find in ourselves or our environment that falls short. Keeping the attention centered in the Christ Mind, we are able to see beyond appearances to the impulses of the soul, which are always urging us in our efforts to make use of what God has given.
To the degree that we let Christ [the Presence of God] be lifted up, in the same degree that we rid ourselves of that which may have been pronounced incurable or may have seemed to us a disease that was incurable. Let us remember that Jesus Christ said, “With God all things are possible,” and let us listen until we hear within, “Is anything too hard for God?”
If we believe in disease we are believing in something that has no substance or reality. When we dissolve the belief out of our minds and in its place establish the realization of the one Presence and Power of Good, and exercise our faith in health as the one presence and power within us, we shall feel the conviction that we are the expression of the health that God is. – (Adapted from, Myrtle Fillmore’s Healing Letters.

God is not death; He is life. God is not hate and sorrow; He is love and joy. God is not weakness and failure; He is power and success. – Emily Cady
Your body is a temple beautiful. It is the living temple of God. Every cell in your body should be radiant with light, love, and peace. When it is, you enjoy the perfect health that is God’s will for you. – Clara Palmer – You Can Be Healed
The usual conversation among people creates ill health instead of good health, because of wrong words. If the words speak of disease as a reality, disintegrating forces are set in action. – Charles Fillmore
