The Law of Attraction practically applied
What a grand idea! Prosperity for Christmas! It’s a wonderful gift to give yourself, and to share with those you love. Prosperity is giving of your substance, but first it is giving of yourself, consciously, to God, the Source of all wealth. True prosperity is living in the Kingdom of God here and now and being receptive to ideas for richer living. That is what happened to Mary when she gave birth to the Christ Child!
Many years ago, an executive with a major company enjoyed a fine income until his position was eliminated. He went to another company but soon that job was abolished, too. He was left without a place to serve and be well-paid. This left him discouraged for some time until his wife began reading Unity literature to him and encouraging him to not give up.
Soon, his faith was renewed as he began to pray again. Then one night, after praying, he went to sleep only to be awaked a few hours later, thinking about monkeys! Three of them! They were images of monkeys with their hands over their ears, eyes, and mouth. He saw them clearly in a positive way and contacted an artist who put his idea on paper. Then he found a jewelry company that made his three monkeys into a beautiful bracelet with the inscription: “Hear only good. See only good. Speak only good.”
Soon, some of the large department stores offered them for sale and they were an immediate big hit with the public!
This man was wonderfully prospered when he followed the spiritual laws of giving and receiving.
- He prayed.
- He sought the Kingdom of God, first.
- He believed he would receive.
- He released his desire to God.
- He gave thanks just as though he had already received.
- He made a covenant with God to tithe 10% of the financial income he expected to receive.
Rather quickly, he was given a divine idea that proved to be the vehicle through which God prospered him in a grand way.
You can do the same. Although economic conditions may affect some people, they do not affect those who know God as their Source; who pray and listen, and then put to work the ideas given to them. God wants you to have a very prosperous Christmas now, and every day. He wants you to enjoy the riches of His Kingdom: Love, Health, Peace, Joy and Abundant Prosperity, now.
