Something Wonderful is Happening!
I love this word! In case you missed last week’s e-Zine, APOCATASTASIS means: Something Wonderful is Happening!
An old Scottish rhyme goes like this: “Twixt the optimist and the pessimist, the difference is quite droll. While the optimist sees the doughnut, the pessimist sees the hole.”
What do you see? Do you judge by appearances and believe that not much good is happening, or do you look beyond and see the vast goodness of God?
Do you know that an optimist is like a tea kettle? He goes right on whistling although he may be up to his neck in hot water!
In my work, I receive many prayer requests and desires for help. Some of these come from dear people who have about given up because it seems that it is taking too long for their quests for employment, financial solvency, or the healing of their minds and bodies to be fulfilled. The good news is that they don’t really believe this or they would not have written for help. Within each one is a divine spark of faith and hope, the assurance that things will get better, and hopefully, something wonderful will happen.
It is my job to help in the best way I can to lift their spirits and assure them that regardless of what they may be going through, God is present within them and is, in Truth, opening the way for a bright new life. I love my work because it gives me so much pleasure to be of help, and then to share in the joy of victory when prayers are answered. For instance, a mother asked us to pray with her for her daughter. She thankfully wrote again with the good news that her daughter was doing much better.
I am grateful that I was given the gift of optimism, although it took me a long time to uncover it. It is wonderful to know the Truth for and with those who come to my ministry and to encourage everyone to turn the Golden Key.
The Truth is:You are a beloved, deserving child of God. You have within you a spark of divinity that never gives up; that knows that something wonderful is waiting for you.God is on your side. God is absolute perfect good, all there is. Regardless of circumstances, look on the bright side and expect something wonderful to happen.
