Focus on Healing Thoughts

The Law of Attraction practically applied.

The right place to start when there is an apparent healing need is to realize that healing is possible, that health is the natural state of your body.

It is wise to begin by thinking of the good health you desire. Rather than focusing your attention upon seeming health problems, focus your attention upon the healing life activity of God within you, and see in your imagination, the healthy condition you desire.

Liquid Golden Light

I learned an effective healing technique from **Gary Springfield. It is the Liquid Golden Light Meditation. Here is how it works:

Sit comfortably, quiet your mind and take a few deep breaths. Imagine a fountain of golden light just above your head. Then watch and feel as you guide the liquid golden light down through your body. Do this slowly and feel its warmth as it bathes every cell of every part of your body. Especially focus on any areas of discomfort.

After doing this for a while, feel the joy of its healing energy which is divine love. You will know when it is time to end your healing experience. As you do, you will have an uplifted sense of gratitude which is healing of itself.

If you will practice the above twice daily, you will realize that healing is taking place in your body.

It is important to keep your thought focused away from any need for healing, or being unhealthy. Instead, give your attention to thinking and feeling good. Feel healthy and filled with love, joy and liquid golden light. - Lovingly, Rev. John
