It is a universal law that you attract to you, what you predominantly think about. In my many years in ministry, I have learned that people with seemingly chronic health problems of all kinds, are those who focus more on what seems to be wrong than upon healthy ideas.

This includes every aspect of health - physical, mental, relationship, financial and spiritual.

The best way to experience good health in every area of life is to think positively about everything. This is done by giving sufficient time to quiet meditation in which you practice the presence of God only. During these times, when worldly thoughts try to come in, lovingly release them and continue focusing your attention upon the peaceful, healing, prospering presence of God. With practice it becomes easier and easier.

It is extremely important to watch your thinking - to listen to what is going on in your mind, and to the words you are speaking. Immediately switch from negatives to positives. You simply cannot expect healthy, happy, prospering results if you keep thinking and speaking negatively.

Not only is it important to think and speak positively, it is even more important to feel positively, which is to feel good. When you give sufficient time to practicing the presence of God in quiet meditation, you will feel positive, good, joyful, and peaceful. A group of guys are in the locker room when a cell phone rings. One of them picks it up. Man: "Hello." Woman: "Honey, it's me. Are you at the club?" Man: "Yes." Woman: "Well, I have news. The house we wanted is back on the market. They're asking $950,000." Man: "Well then, go ahead and make an offer, but make it $1.2 million so we'll be sure to get it." Woman: "Okay. I'll see you later. I love you!" Man: "Bye, I love you too." The man hangs up. Then he asks, "Anyone know whose phone this is?"
