Preparation for Easter - Lesson Six

Awaken to your true nature! - Happy Easter!

The Easter story gives us insight into that which is true for each of us: We are destined for something greater than what we have experienced, so far. Even as good as life is, it can always be better. That is certainly true now when so many are living under the false assumption that life has dealt them a rather mean blow. If you are one of these, take heart. Things are changing!

Through the challenges so many people are facing today, many are awakening to new opportunities and the discovery of their true spiritual nature.

It is good for you to understand that you are not merely a human being. You are a spiritual being having a human experience. Humanly, you are limited. Spiritually, you are unlimited.

This is true because God is omnipresent and as His child, you are all that God is and God is all that you are. Your life experience may radically change as you awaken to this Truth. This is the real Easter story. It wasn't just Jesus' experience, it is yours as well.

Emmet Fox wrote, "When properly understood, Easter symbolizes the supreme spiritual experience, which is the regeneration of mankind. We were not meant to be forever in limitation, fear, and misunderstanding. The design of Providence is that we should awaken to our true spiritual nature, cast off the works of darkness, and go forth clad in the shining armor of light. This is the true Easter."

The way of true positive living is in awakening to your true spiritual nature: an unlimited, all-powerful, divinely endowed child of God. If this were not so, He would have told you. Right now, emerge into the light and the abundant life God desires for you. Awaken to all the good that is yours by divine right. Claim and accept it now! - Lovingly, Rev. John
