Preparation for Easter - Lesson Four

Decree Power

Power goes into your word according to the feeling and faith behind it. When you realize the power that moves the world is moving on your behalf and is backing up your word, your confidence and assurance grows.

You do not need to try and add power to power. It is not wise to mentally strive, coerce, or force. The power is simply in your spoken word.

Job said: "You shall decree a thing, and it shall be established unto you; and the light shall shine upon your ways."

In other words, decide on what you desire and then speak your word (affirmations or decrees) in line with your desire and your subconscious mind and the whole Universe will work to bring that into manifestation.

Lackluster or impassioned declarations are lifeless and unproductive. Your word must be spoken with feeling and belief. There must be a fire burning, as it were, within you and your decree so that your decrees are alive with life.

If you enthusiastically want your desires, then your decrees should match that enthusiasm. For instance, if you really want to be healed, then you will speak the positive word of life and health with feeling. This is not to try to make something so, but because you believe it is so.

The same is true with the manifestation of greater prosperity. To empower yourself and to draw forth Universal prospering energy, it is imperative to speak your prospering word with passion, and to persist in doing so. This action will dissolve any conscious or unconscious blocks, and open the way for your richer good to manifest in your life.

Persistently speak your affirmative word (scientific prayer) with passion, faith, and power, and you will be amazed at the results! - Lovingly, Rev. John

A Little Humor. . .

Our salesman at the electronics store was pitching a high-definition television. A fellow shopper, overhearing the spiel, mentioned that he'd upgraded his regular TV to high-definition. "How'd you do that?" my husband asked. "I dusted the screen." - Jennifer Neely

Prayers are helpful! - A year ago, I was unemployed and I was worried because my wife was expecting our first child. I knew I had to find something soon. That was when I discovered your website and began writing for prayer. Since then, I have found a very good job, and my wife delivered a beautiful baby boy.
