Greater Vision

Remember the old adage about not being able to see the forest for the trees? That describes how easy it is to become so focused in one direction that you miss seeing the bigger picture. That is when it is good to step back and ask God to be your vision. Then your eyes are opened to greater possibilities and blessings.

Open your mind to seeing as God sees. Thank God often for giving you the inner vision which helps you to see beyond appearances that may block the greater, more beautiful scene. With this vision, you become more aware of the people and the world around you, and you see how everyone fits into God's divine plan for you.

Thank God often for the wisdom to perceive things as they really are, not just as they appear to be. With your greater vision, you see and know that God is in all and through all as the only presence and power. Be grateful for this greater vision, the vision to see your way clearly. Your greater vision is God seeing things through you. It a great arrangement and only God could have thought it up! - Lovingly, Rev. John
