God's Presence

During your early years, you probably couldn't wait to grow up so you could drive a car, have your own, and be on your own. Now, you may possibly be hurrying through life as you seek out some life-changing experience that will change it.

Eagerly looking forward to what you expect to experience often makes life sweeter and more enjoyable. However, do not miss out on the wonder of each moment by projecting yourself into future happiness and fulfillment.

Some the best times of your life are in working toward a goal, the realization of a long-held desire. You may be challenged, but you feel confident of success. You do because you know that God is always with you. Living consciously in the present moment; in the secure presence of God, you know that fulfillment is yours.

In times of challenge, and of triumph, and between those times, you know that God is always present, that you live, move and have your being in God. This gives you the perfect knowing that the mark of success is upon you. God is always successful; therefore, your success is assured. Gratefully accept it! - Lovingly, Rev. John

A hot-air balloonist had drifted off course.
He saw a man on the ground and yelled, "Excuse me, can you tell me where I am?"
"Yes," the guy said. "You're in a balloon."
"You must work in IT," the balloonist said.
"How did you know?"
"What you told me is technically correct, but of no use to anyone."
"And you must work in management," the man on the ground retorted.
"Yup."
