The Secret of being Peaceful and Poised

Here is how to be peaceful and poised regardless of what is going on around you, or what difficulty may be challenging you. I have used this for many years and can attest to its efficacy. Make it a part of your belief system and prove for yourself that it works.

Use the power of your spoken word and declare over and over: "I am centered and poised in the Christ Mind and nothing can disturb the calm peace of my soul." Affirm this until you know it as Truth. Declare it audibly and learn to "speak" it silently in any situation. It is helpful to close your eyes, relax and feel calm as you make your declarations. Deeply imbed this Truth into your subconscious mind.

In any circumstance when you might feel fearful, if there is inharmony around you, or you are worried, silently or audibly declare several times: "I am centered and poised in the Christ Mind and nothing can disturb the calm peace of my soul." You will be amazed at the peace that comes over you.

The Christ Mind, in you, is always at peace. It is your divine poise. By consciously centering yourself in the Christ Mind, you are united with the peace that is God. This is a powerful spiritual action. Make this a vital part of your mental/spiritual make-up, and you will realize ever-increasing peace and poise.
