A New Beginning

Are you ready for the New Year? Ready or not, it is here! Now is the time when you were going to do things differently, set new goals, make new plans for living life better.

As you enter into the New Year, it is a great time to make a new beginning. Whatever you have experienced in 2007, lovingly bless the year and let it go. Especially bless any unhappy or challenging experiences you have had, and let them go. Do not carry negative baggage into the New Year.

Determine, right now, to make 2008 the best year of your life, so far, with ensuing years being better and better. You can have the kind of life you really want, so decide now to make it happy, loving, fun, positive, productive, peaceful, and prosperous.

Don't bother with making resolutions. That never works. Go within and quietly attune your consciousness to God in the Silence and invite Him to use you for His good purpose every day of the New Year. Would you like a year filled with miracles? One miracle after another?

God is love and love works miracles. When you turn within and unify your consciousness with God, you are uniting with Love. Then as you let Love have its divine way in and through you and as you, miracles happen. The first one being, you realize that you are a miracle! Accept this truth and live as though it is so. It is!

Regardless of what has happened in the past year, or in your life, so far, love will heal anything, will create in you the right environment for a new beginning. As you move into the New Year, determine to allow each day be a new beginning for you, in which you experience more and more what you really are: Love. - Lovingly, Rev. John

A little humor. . .

The farmer takes a shortcut through his orchard to a nearby pond, carrying a bucket to bring back some fruit. Once he gets to the pond, he sees two girls skinny-dipping. The see him and immediately drop below the water. "We're not coming out until you leave!" shouts one of the girls. "I didn't come to watch you swim naked," says the farmer, holding up the bucket. "I'm just here to feed the gators."

Marriage Healed! - Several months ago, I wrote and asked for prayers for the healing of our marriage. I am happy to report that everything has worked out beautifully. My husband has returned and is so thoughtful and caring. Our whole family is happier and so thankful for being together. I cannot thank you enough for your prayers. Love really does work miracles!
